The Fazenda Tamanduá Institute is a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest (known in Brazil by the acronym “OSCIP”), which maintains research activities in the experimental fields of Fazenda Tamanduá and also supports research related to the environment, conducted by several public and private entities.

It is also responsible for the education and training of Fazenda Tamanduá’s workers, and for receiving trainees.
