The  Fazenda Tamanduá Institute is responsible for promoting and organizing courses and training for Fazenda Tamanduá’s workers.

• Courses and talks on Training for Food Handlers;
• SEBRAE Courses on Professional Development for office staff;
• Talk on self-esteem;
• SENAR courses for tractor drivers;
• Course on Fire Prevention and the use of fire extinguishers;
• Course on First Aid;
• Talks on Health and Safety in the Working Environment;
• Courses on organic and biodynamic agriculture;
• English language courses.
