In
the second module, we emphasized the importance of personal hygiene,
as well as the principles of hygiene in the working environment,
always with a view to fighting against the contamination of food
products. The pupils, by means of assessments and group dynamics,
were able to demonstrate in practice some of the topics studied
during the course. In the opinion of the participants, it is very
important to hold courses of this type, because it is a way to keep
informed, and also to learn about new things. |
